inductance

I need to calculate the inductance for a wire (with a arbitrary cross-section) place in a arbitrary tube. That is, an arbitrary coax line. I need to calculate the inductance (both internal and external inductance) for DC to very high frequency. This is a very simple problem, however, I am a little unsure how to set-up the problem in COMSOL. I would like to see how to set-up a simple circular cross-section. Thus, do anyone have a model or example they could send me (holloway@boulder.nist.gov)
