Vanadium Redox Flow Battery

I am facing problem in time dependent study of vanadium redox flow battery. I am unable to convert the given stationary study in application library to time dependent problem. Mainly the equations required at inflow and ODE/PDE applied is the issue.

And also I want to know the Application Library proble. Incorporates Mass transport overpotential or not? Does this problem accounts for all three polarization namely activation , ohmic, and concentration? Or we need to add Transport of Diluted Species physics?
