Force by Submerged Jet

How to solve a submerged jet problem? I am attempting to find a methodology to model the following scenario: There is a tank filled with water, and inside the water body, a pipe is positioned at a certain distance below the surface. Pressurized water flows from the pipe opening into the static water body. My goal is to simulate this situation and determine the force acting on a fixed object located at a specific distance below the pipe opening. I assume that the water outlet pressure and all other necessary parameters are known. How can I evaluate the reduction in pressure caused by the dispersion of pressurized water?

Thank you
