PML option available in COMSOL will work? Because for stretching of domain , it has been provided with three different options and those are not compatible with helical geometry.

Yes, if you see in the references of this paper, they have an specific paper related to PMLs for twisted fibers using Comsol. Although you will have to create the PMLs yourself in order to be real PMLs.

Is there any user define option available in comsol to define PML as per helical geometry apart from 3 mentioned in COMSOL 5.1 in electromagnetic beam envelop module ?
