iterative solver

Hi

I have a large RF model (optical model) which can not be performed the calculation on the PC with 16Gb memory. So iterative solver is the only choice to saving memory.

But I do not know much about the iterative solvers, I tried some of them, they always got stuck at certain wavelength because of convergence problem.

Is there anyone having good experiences on the iterative solvers, or is there any good documentation for iterative?
could you plz share it?
