COMSOL 4.3a Installation Problem

After installing 4.3a, whenever I open most files (or try to at least), I get the following error in a pop-up window:

The graphics screen is displayed in black color only.
whenever i open any model, the program turns off.

I have the same problem. I am a new user of COMSOL and recently installed COMSOL 5.2. I have a black screen on the Graphics page. Cannot draw anything. Can anyone help me on this.

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise
64 bit OS, IT, 32GB RAM
