Model amorphous silicon crystallization with COMSOL

Hello, I am interested in modeling laser induced crystallization of amorphous silicon (a-Si). The chain of phase transformations I am interested in is: a-Si -> Liquid Si -> polycrystalline Si. Is there a good way to model this in COMSOL? The main difficulty I have with Phase Change Material subnode of Heat Transfer in Solids module is that upon cooling the material drops back into a-Si phase which is not what should happen.

Thank you!
