Mu metal magnetic shielding and the transition boundary condition

I am trying to model magnetic shielding with mu metal, and from this comsol seminar https://www.comsol.com/video/modeling-electromagnetic-shielding-in-comsol-multiphysics, I am told to use the transition boundary condition to model this.
My question is, why is this a valid way to model magnetic shielding? Looking at the documentation for the transition boundary condition, there is no mention of magnetic fields.
Thanks
