Issue with components disappearing after running simulation

Hello. I am relatively new to COMSOL. I am trying to model a heat pipe simulation.

When I click 'build all,' I can see all of my components. When I compute the model however, a few components are missing. Does anyone know what could be the case?

Everything is assigned to a material. Attached are screenshots and my .mph file.

There are two 'Hide for physics' nodes in Component1 > Definitions > View1. Disable them and you will see the complete model in post processing.
