本文利用COMSOL软件仿真了有限宽度的平行黑磷对的等离子体传输及模态分布性质,其中包括它们的光限比和梯度力。首先,设置了两个黑磷层之间的三种不同的相对取向。由于黑磷在光学性质上表现出强烈的各向异性,在三种情况中都发现了对称和反对称模式的存在。对称模式下的电场主要集中在两层黑磷之间,而反对称模式下的电场更多的分散在黑磷对的两侧。结果表明,与反对称模式相比,对称模式表现出更大的光限比和梯度力。更有趣的是,发现zigzag-zigzag结构具有最大的梯度力,而armchair-zigzag结构具有最大的光限比。当两个黑磷层分别沿armchair和zigzag方向时 ...
