引言：激光诱导间质肿瘤热疗法是一种可使生物组织局部地方凝结坏死的肿瘤疾病治疗方法，目前已经用于肝、脑等各部位的肿瘤治疗[1-2]。为了更好地进行肿瘤疾病的治疗，需要实时地对组织的温度和热损伤进行监控，而检测技术很难实现对肿瘤治疗过程的实时监测，故数值计算成为研究光热疗法的有力工具[2-6]。本模型将生物组织光传输的物理场与热传输的物理场相耦合，考虑组织光热参数随温度变化的情况，研究了肿瘤周围含有大动脉的情况时组织的温度分布随时间的变化情况，研究结果对指导临床医学肿瘤治疗有重要意义。 COMSOL Multiphysics® 的软件使用：几何模型：如图1所示 ...
