透明导电薄膜是柔性触摸屏、太阳能电池、透明加热器等现代设备中的关键部件。基于模板法制备的透明导电薄膜没有结电阻,具有高光学透明度及低薄层电阻,特别适用于透明加热器中。这种透明导电薄膜的电学、光学性能及稳定性与其中随机金属线网络的几何结构有着紧密关联。由于随机的金属线网络尺寸小至微米甚至纳米级,只能通过高分辨率的红外显微镜研究薄膜电加热时的温度分布情况,而其中电流的分布则要通过数学方程计算。因此,需要开发一种电-热耦合模型,探究透明导电薄膜在电加热过程中的电流及温度的分布情况,分析薄膜电加热性能与金属线网络几何结构的关系 ... En savoir plus
本课题针对“三河市汇诚光机电有限公司”生产的热牵伸辊存在的加热线圈易烧断问题进行了理论分析和软件仿真,从理论上分析了磁场和涡流的分布规律,并基于电磁场与温度场耦合计算方法,对设备的温度分布进行研究,最终通过磁场与温度场耦合计算方法,模拟计算热辊电磁加热条件下的涡流分布与传热。通过COMSOL Multiphysics建立热牵伸辊二维和三维物理模型,进行了多物理场设置,边界条件的设定和材料参数的选定,用有限元法计算热牵伸辊在不同材料下的不同部位的磁通密度模、感应电流(涡流)以及热功率和温度,讨论了辊筒和线圈的热量分布,分析了热牵伸辊线圈寿命短的原因 ... En savoir plus
井旁裂缝的发育及分布影响着仪器探测油藏描述能力的感应成像。通过实验分析井旁裂缝的规模、发育位置和产状等因素对电磁探测电阻率的影响,消除井旁裂缝带来的误差,为电磁探测提供可靠的依据,保证电磁探测的精确性,在石油勘测行业稳定发展具有十分重要的意义。本文应用COMSOL 软件AC/DC磁场三维数值计算分析裂缝在不同地层参数和几何参数时仪器的响应特性。 首先利用COMSOL软件构建由目的层和围岩组成的标准地层模型,其次加入裂缝形成复杂三维几何模型。对仪器在井眼中从上至下移动,裂缝长度从小到大变化,裂缝张开度从小到大变化,裂缝电阻率与背景对比度变化情况下的响应模拟及响应规律研究 ...
