聚合物材料本身为热的不良导体,热导率仅为0.2~0.5 W/(m·K),因此需要添加导热介质形成聚合物复合材料来提高其导热性能。然而目前聚合物复合材料的有效热导率仍低于导热填料(如 碳纳米管)理论值的几个数量级。为进一步提升聚合物复合材料的热导率,本文从聚合物成型加工流场调控角度出发,研究不同流场条件下填料形态的演变及其对复合材料有效热导率的影响规律。具体以聚碳酸酯(PC)为基体,多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)为导热填料,采用COMSOL Multiphysics和Matlab联用建立了填料随机分布于基体内的复合材料模型。通过调控填料的取向度、长度以及基体 ... En savoir plus
