随着电磁波应用功率的提高,大功率环形器的电磁损耗不可忽视,并造成环形器在工作过程中发生温度变化,导致环形器性能出现不稳定状态。针对大功率环形器在工作过程中温度变化对性能的影响,利用COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场耦合仿真软件,对大功率微波环形器进行3D建模,并在该模型基础上,对电磁场、固体传热和固体力学进行多物理场之间的耦合仿真,最终得到大功率微波环形器在工作过程中的电磁分布情况、损耗情况、温度分布情况以及结构参数等发生的一系列变化,并进一步考虑风冷及饱和磁化强度参数对大功率微波环形器性能的影响,为大功率环形器的综合设计提供理论依据。 En savoir plus
