氮化铝钪/金刚石声表面波传播特性研究 new

随着电子通信的不断发展和普及,对声表面波器件(SAW)的性能要求也逐渐提升。在器件不断变小,工作环境的不断恶劣的情况下,声表面波器件也需要更高的频率、更好的稳定性能以及更大的带宽等新的提升。对于传统的氮化铝/金刚石结构来说已经无法满足更高频率,更大带宽的要求,所以本文为了能设计具有更高的相速度和机电耦合系数的声表面波器件,使用comsol 有限元仿真中的MEMS模块,对掺钪的氮化铝薄膜进行了研究,通过实验证明氮化铝钪作为压电材料时能具有更好的特性。通过研究在四种激励模式下氮化铝/金刚石结构与氮化铝钪/金刚石结构随着压电材料厚度的变化 ... En Savoir Plus
